To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we've outlined our key store policies below, including important information on shipping, refunds, and exchanges. Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): 2–3 business days
- Express Shipping (Domestic): 1-2 business days
- International Shipping: 7–14 business days
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays:
Lush Extensions is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Refund Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. Lush Extensions does not offer refunds on any hair extension products.

We highly encourage customers to review product details and ask any questions prior to purchasing.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof, and we will treat each issue on a case to case basis.

Exchange Policy

We understand that things happen, so we’re here to help within reason.

Exchanges are only accepted for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, and must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, DM us on Instagram with your order number, reason for exchange, and photos if applicable.
Approved exchanges must be shipped back at the customer’s expense unless the error was on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent).
Once the product is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit or exchange the product as requested.
